I wrote this to share my real experience with the Lenovo LOQ gaming laptop — a laptop that was supposed to be powerful, reliable, and long-lasting but turned into a week after week nightmare instead.

• Dec 06, 2025: Laptop suddenly stopped working (motherboard issue)

• Dec 10: First motherboard replaced

• Three days later: Laptop died again

• Dec 14: Second repair began

• Dec 17: Third motherboard installed

• Within 1 hour: Failed again

• Dec 18: Engineer visit

• After this, laptop became unstable — overheating, lagging, throttling, and just unusable for normal work

• Jan 07, 2026: The camera completely stopped working

This laptop is barely 1 year 5 months old, and with warranty still active, one would expect Lenovo to help — but the actual support was confusing, unhelpful, and focused on selling extended warranty rather than solving product problems.
